Lulu live at York Barbican on October 5 for her 35-date autumn British tour. The Scottish singer, songwriter, actress and beauty-product businesswoman gave a recount stories from a career that stretches back to her signing to Decca Records at 15 and scoring a debut number seven hit with a cover of The Isley Brothers’ Shout in May 1964. Lulu’s Still On Fire show took a journey through her many decades of music in the company of a four-piece band, complemented by an LED screen with “carefully selected family and career-defining moments”.

Stereophonics frontman and creative force – Kelly Jones live at the York Barbican on 14th September 2019 as part of his ‘Don’t Let The Devil Take Another Day’ solo UK tour. Heralded as one of the finest voices of his generation, Kelly Jones gave audiences a rare opportunity to see unique and intimate performances across an evening of storytelling and songcraft. Fans were delighted to see and hear some of their favourite songs in a more stripped-back environment.

Kim Wilde live in concert at York Barbican Centre on 15th April 2018, Here Comes The Aliens Tour 2018. The multi-award-winning artist – who has sold more than 30 million records worldwide during a stunning career – is currently completing work on her 14th studio album. Kim Wilde burst onto the music scene in 1981 with the worldwide hit ‘Kids In America’. Kim followed this with some of the most memorable hits of the 80s including, ‘Chequered Love’, ‘Cambodia’, ‘You Keep Me Hangin’ On’ (number one in the USA), ‘You Came’, ‘Never Trust A Stranger’ and ‘Four Letter Word’.

With more Top Of The Pops appearances than any other band, Francis Rossi and Rick Parfitt spent in excess of 417 weeks (that’s over eight accumulative years!) in the British singles charts. In 1991, the guys were awarded a Brit for their Outstanding Contribution to Music; and Rick and Francis were awarded their long-deserved OBEs in 2010. Rick sadly passed away in December 2016, while Francis continues to tour with the band, currently performing Quo classics in acoustic style.
